Were you aware that you can have FREE access to the gym and equipment at Cocks Moor Woods Leisure Centre, after Government Funding (through the local Primary Care Trust, who run our local NHS), regardless of your age? You will have to register at the leisure centre and speak with a fitness trainer before being able to start a new fitness regime. So why not go along with a friend and get started
