Both of us, that's Barry Henley (who works alongside me) and me, have been urging The Council to introduce a 20 MPH School zone around both of the Colmore Schools for far too long.
This month, we were informed that some of our pleading has at last been listened too.Whilst not everything we have asked for has been taken up, new signage, road makings and better zig-zag lining is going in, along Colmore Road.
It does seem that Birmingham’s Tory run Council were playing with the lives of these young children and when that was told to them it seems common sense prevailed.
