For some people, getting a convienient timed appointment to see their local doctor isn't always that easy and thats talking to the doctors receptionist. Now the latest hair-brained idea to come from The Government is for all doctors appointments to be managed by a national call centre. The purpose of doing this would be to save £600 million in our NHS spend.
