Stop The Tory Police Cuts

West Midlands Police fear that as many as TEN Police officers could be "sacked" from our area of Brandwood, if Government cuts of 20% to Policing budgets are railroaded through.
We all know that we need to cut the deficit, brought on by failures in the banking sector, but Labour's plans was to make savings steadilyover a number of years, rather than in one brash move as chosen by the Tory /Lib-Dem government..
The Tories are saying these cuts can be met by efficentcy savings, but the bottom line is that if there are fewer Police, that means fewer officers to respond to 999 calls, investigate burglaries and walking the beat. Is this what we all voted for?
