Two architect get over £1.1 million in consultancy fees from Birmingham Council, after the now aborted, "Building Schools for the Future" programme which was pulled by Secretary of State Michael Gove in June this year.
This isn't the first case of consultants getting ridiculous high fees, only this autumn BCC appointed Eleanor Brazil to come in and sort out Childrens Social Services and she was to earn £1,000 a day.
Working for Birmingham City Council as a consultant is good money, so it seems. I wonder if I would qualify?????
