Minister Sleeping Rough In Commons

Grant Shapps, one of the multi millionaires in the Government and Housing Minister, earning a tad under £100,000 a year as a minister, is sleeping rough in his Parliamentary office, during the week, rather than spend a little bit of his salary or expenses on a hotel room, contrary to House of Commons rules, (read page 96).
If this is true, then all I can say is that he must be a really tight sod.
