Oh David Thank you for this "Get out of Jail" card. Now can we keep this just between ourselves? Do I have to tell our party?
If this is true, then whilst my opinion of him as a politician is already low after back-tracking on a PLEDGE, this would really take the biscuit.
This morning newspapers are saying that Nick Clegg will be rewarded by David Cameron with a top job in Europe just before the next General Election as it seems that old Nick might not be able to win his seat again for Sheffield Hallam, shame eh!
But don't shed any tears, he'll be earning nearly twice as much as the Prime Minister, and probably a peerage to boot, so he'll be more than enough happy, unlike the many other Fib-Dem MP's who to will loose their seats, but won't have the rewards that poor Nick will get.
